From tracked time to a clean client report.
Time Report Studio reads a detailed CSV locally in your browser, lets you review one client's hours, and prepares a report you can print or save as PDF.
Getting started
- Export a Detailed or Time entries CSV from Toggl Track, Clockify, or Harvest.
- Open Time Report Studio and choose or drop the CSV file.
- Review the detected provider, accepted rows, warnings, and date order if asked.
- Select a client when the export contains more than one.
- Review the report, then select Print / Save as PDF.
- Choose Save as PDF in the browser dialog and turn off browser headers and footers if they appear.
Supported exports

Privacy
Your CSV never leaves your browser. Importing, reviewing, and printing do not upload the file or report. Activating Pro sends only the license key and product identifier to Gumroad.
The CSV, report, and logo stay in memory and disappear when the page is reloaded. The browser stores only the license state, optional business name and color, and the local review-prompt state. There are no trackers, product accounts, or report history.
Troubleshooting
- “We couldn't recognize this export.”
- Export a fresh Detailed or Time entries CSV from a supported tracker. Do not rename its columns or save it through another spreadsheet app before importing.
- The app asks whether dates are day-first or month-first.
- The CSV contains an ambiguous date such as 07/08/2026. Choose the format used by your tracker; the original CSV is not changed.
- Some rows were rejected.
- Open the warning details and correct invalid dates or non-positive durations in the tracker, then export again. Valid rows remain available for review.
- Hours from different clients appear in the export.
- Select one client before printing. Time Report Studio intentionally creates one client report at a time and never mixes clients silently.
- The PDF includes the browser URL, date, or page title.
- Turn off Headers and footers in the browser's print dialog before saving.
- My Pro license does not activate.
- Confirm that you are online and paste the complete Gumroad license key from your receipt. If it still fails, email the purchase address and the exact message shown; do not send your CSV.
- I changed computers or cleared browser storage.
- Open the app on the new browser and activate Pro again with the same Gumroad license key.
